Automated invoicing for DESTIL

DESTIL used Dynamics AX 2009 before they switched to Dynamics 365. ‘’We had already digitised our invoices within the Dynamics AX 2009 ERP system. It was a relief compared to processing invoices on paper. We were also already familiar with the approval of invoices via software. We now do that via ISPnext. The processes are going well with it.''

In collaboration with the financial department, we would like to further develop the use of XML and EDI for the processing of incoming invoices.’’

DESTIL is a wholesaler for manufacturing and construction. They have over 150,000 items under one roof and 35 branches spread across the Netherlands.

DESTIL processes almost 150,000 invoices annually and has an interface with the Dynamics 365 ERP system. DESTIL has been using ISPnext's invoice processing solutions since April 2021.
