HAK Has Higher Productivity Thanks to ISPnext

Maikel Jongenelis, Chief Financial Officer (CFO) at HAK BV comments: "Manual actions on and with invoices are a thing of the past. Invoices can be accessed by any user, and the time spent by accounts payable on processing invoices is significantly shorter."

HAK has experienced good cooperation with ISPnext. Maikel explains: "ISPnext has ensured that our invoice processing has become a success." HAK's CFO is positive about the cooperation and communication: "It’s a very user-friendly package with knowledgeable support. The people at ISPnext are helpful and give input where necessary. The response time to calls and change requests is short." Thanks to the time savings from digitising invoice processing, HAK is moving to further digitise other processes within the company. This is where they hope to gain even more efficiency in the near future.

In recent years, HAK grew from a traditional cannery in the Benelux to a branded plant-based food company operating in northwest Europe. Health and sustainability are familiar concepts within HAK.

HAK processes up to 10,000 invoices annually and has an interface with the ERP system Infor Baan.
