ISPnext and VendorLink join forces

ISPnext and VendorLink are joining forces. The growth ambitions of both organisations are thus strengthened.

As ISPnext and VendorLink's cloud solutions are fully complementary, this is an important step in our strategic ambition to further expand our leading position in the European market. Digitisation of both strategic and transactional processes will enable our (future) customers to manage all expenses more efficiently, effectively and cost-consciously.

"This is a great step for VendorLink and for our customers," said Roy de Brouwer, co-founder of VendorLink. "Now that we are merging with ISPnext, we are combining knowledge and experience so we can focus even more strongly on supplier management innovation and integration with ISPnext's Accounts Payable Automation

ISPnext customers can use VendorLink immediately. Over the next few months, work is underway to seamlessly integrate VendorLink and ISPnext. In addition, the applications also remain available independently of each other.

"The combination of our customers, knowledge and solutions has immediate impact on our short- and long-term value proposition," said Gustaf Tanate, CEO of ISPnext. "With the updated cloud portfolio, we can now fully, quickly and successfully support all initiatives around managing expenses.
