Marga explains: "We now have a central repository for all our contracts with the Contract Management solution. We can get an up to date overview of all our contractual obligations at any time. The platform is user-friendly and has a good search function. Users receive timely notification when a contract is expiring and needs to be extended. We reduce risks considerably that way."

Collaboration is going well. Marga: "The lines are short at ISPnext. The consultant initiates, advises, keeps his finger on the pulse, and is committed to the set goals. That is very efficient." Lindsay adds that queries can easily be submitted via the system and are responded to quickly. "The people at ISPnext are friendly and helpful.

E-Invoicing guidelines

Contiweb emphasises that with the advent of future E-Invoicing guidelines, the speed of invoice processing is becoming increasingly crucial. Hard copy invoices will soon be a thing of the past. "It will be a challenge to fulfil these new guidelines, which is why automation is of great importance. Thanks to ISPnext, we can achieve this automation and prepare ourselves for electronic invoices”, says Lindsay. ”We also expect to start using the E-Signing functionality in Contract Management in future”, according to Marga.
