The introduction of Contract Management was a logical next step. "We felt the need for a central, well-organised repository for all our contracts," explains Marga. "With ISPnext's solution, we now have a complete and up-to-date overview. The search function works nicely and users are alerted in good time when a contract is approaching expiry or needs to be extended. This helps us identify risks early and take action." The system is also helpful for colleagues who do not deal with contract management on a daily basis. Information is quickly available, making cooperation between departments smoother. Central storage also contributes to transparency and consistency within the organisation.

The cooperation with ISPnext is seen as positive by both colleagues. Marga: "From the start, the cooperation was goal-oriented. Lindsay adds: "Even now, during daily use, we notice that the support team is easily accessible and helpful. Contiweb anticipates the introduction of new E-Invoicing guidelines. Lindsay stresses the importance of digital processes: "The speed of invoice processing is becoming increasingly important. Paper invoices are disappearing and with automation we can anticipate this. Thanks to ISPnext, we can make this transition in a timely and structured manner." In addition, Contiweb is looking at further expansion of usage. Marga: "In the future, we also expect to deploy E-Signing within Contract Management. In this way, we will make the process even more complete and manageable."
