Use of Dashboarding within ISPnext Business Spend Management
Dashboards show the progress and progression of certain business activities. Often with a current state of affairs and a situation of the past period so that comparisons become possible. In order to look ahead and improve processes and procedures, for example, it is necessary to have insight into the details of the relevant business processes.
From ISPnext we advise how certain KPIs can be improved and what (negative) effects can occur if this does not happen or is not transparent.
Based on our customer experience we have made an overview of the most important KPIs and insights in the field of Procurement and Finance that are applicable for different roles within the organization. Think for example of the KPI: % invoices paid on time.
